Terms of use

Bookingo is a platform that helps patients find dental clinics in the UAE, book their treatments and send quote requests. Bookingo is not a party to the treatment or to any payment. The agreement for a treatment is between the patient and the clinic, and so is any payment. The clinic; we don’t take payments or hold money.

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate details, including a real name and a working mobile number or email.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• A clinic account may be opened only by the clinic owner or someone authorised by the clinic.

• Hold the licences and permits your activity needs under UAE law, and keep your clinic details accurate.
• List real treatments with genuine prices and durations, and keep your opening hours and availability up to date.
• Confirm, decline or reschedule bookings promptly, and honour the bookings you confirm.
• Use patients’ details only to deliver the treatment they booked, in line with the law — not for unrelated marketing without their consent.

• Give accurate details when you book, including a number the clinic can reach.
• Turn up at the booked time, or tell the clinic as early as you can if you need to change or cancel.
• Payment, refunds and the quality of the treatment are matters between you and the clinic.

• A booking is a request until the clinic confirms it; the clinic may decline or propose another time.
• Free times are worked out from the information the clinic provides; we do our best to keep them accurate but can’t guarantee availability.
• Quote requests are shown publicly and sent to clinics in the matching category and area. Reply only with relevant offers.

• Posts, offers, comments and messages must be lawful, accurate and relevant. No spam, misleading prices, hate, harassment or other people’s personal data.
• Offers must be real and available on the terms stated; the original price must be genuine.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with that clinic. Fake, paid, incentivised, retaliatory or off-topic reviews are removed, and clinics may not offer anything in return for a review or write reviews of their own clinic or competitors. Clinics may reply to reviews once, publicly.

To keep Bookingo useful and free of spam, we limit how often members can post, comment, reply, start chats, send requests and publish offers. Automated access, scraping and attempts to get around these limits are not allowed.

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give Bookingo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example resize photos) and promote it on the platform and in search results, for as long as it stays on Bookingo.

We provide the platform “as is”. We cannot guarantee any clinic’s conduct, availability, prices, quality or advice, or the accuracy of what users publish. To the extent the law allows, Bookingo is not liable for losses arising from treatments, payments or dealings between patients and clinics.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. You may close your account at any time through our contact page.

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown at the top and significant changes are announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
