In short

  • We never sell your data
  • No advertising or tracking cookies
  • No payments or card details
  • Your number isn’t shown publicly
  • Bookings go only to the clinic you book
  • You can access, correct or delete your data

1Who we are

Bookingo (“Bookingo”, “we”) operates bookingo.ae from the United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests: use our contact page.

2What we collect

  • Account details — name, mobile number, email, password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if you add them, a profile photo and bio.
  • Clinic details — for clinic accounts: clinic name, category, city and area, address, opening hours, treatments and prices, photos, and the owner’s contact details.
  • Bookings — the treatment, date and time, your name, mobile number, email (optional) and notes, and — for treatments at your place — your area and address.
  • Quote requests, posts, comments, messages and reviews you create.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser details, sign-in history and security codes, used to keep accounts safe.

We do not collect payment card details: Bookingo doesn’t take payments.

3How we use it

  • To run the platform: clinic pages, search, bookings, quote requests, chat, reviews, offers and notifications.
  • To send a booking to the clinic you chose, and to send you confirmations, changes, reminders and review invitations by WhatsApp and email.
  • To send quote requests to clinics in the right category and area.
  • To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and spam, and enforce our terms.
  • To answer support requests and improve the treatment.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.

4What is public

Clinic pages, treatments, prices, offers, posts, public comments and reviews (shown with the reviewer’s first name) are visible to everyone and can appear in search engines. Quote requests are public too, but without your phone number. Bookings and messages are private between you and the clinic.

5Who we share data with

  • The clinic you book with receives your name, mobile number, email, notes and — for treatments at your place — your address, so it can confirm and deliver the treatment. The clinic is responsible for how it then uses that data.
  • Treatment providers that run the platform for us under contract: hosting, network security and content delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery and WhatsApp messaging.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

6How long we keep it

  • Account data — while your account is active and up to 12 months after it is closed.
  • Bookings, requests and messages — while the accounts involved are active, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Sign-in history and security logs — up to 12 months.

7Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. Use our contact page from the email or number on your account; we reply within 30 days.

8Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, one-time sign-in codes, rate limits, protection against forged requests, access logging and restricted admin access. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

9Children

You must be 18 or over to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the platform changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the top; for significant changes we also tell registered users by email or a notice on the site.
